For larger events, we prefer to work with a lead time of four to six weeks. This allows us to coordinate transportation effectively with your schedule, location, and guest list.
Can you also organise events outside the Randstad?
Yes. We provide event mobility throughout the Netherlands — and if desired, also cross-border.
What if our program changes at the last moment?
No problem. We are available 24/7 and process changes immediately. Our coordinators keep track of everything, even during the event itself.
Do you also arrange the transportation of materials and goods?
No, we focus on passenger transport. For materials and goods, we recommend referring you to a specialized partner.
How does the coordination work during the event itself?
You have one point of contact who coordinates the transport in real-time — from the first arrival to the last departure. This way, you keep oversight without having to look after it.
